Life Kinetik® Performance Starter Course - starting out with Life Kinetik®
- 1 x 30 Minutes Life Kinetik® presentation before the first course session, for those who are starting out new with Life Kinetik®.
- 9 x 60 Minutes Life Kinetik® Performance Training, over 9 weeks, with 1 hour training per week.
Life Kinetik® Performance Course - same training, more variations, more challenge
- 9 x 60 Minutes Life Kinetik® Performance Training, over 9 weeks, with 1 hour training per week
Course Language ?
Depending on demand, separate courses in English, French, German and Luxembourgish.

What do I need for the course ?
Material & Equipment
You can start out your Starter course without a Life Kinetik® Material Bag, as I will offer, wherever possible, alternatives to be used.
For longer courses or if you want to continue with the training, investing in a Life Kinetik® material bag allows you to have the adapted equipment for the training so to easily work on all areas in the training.
Comfortable clothing and shoes so you can freely move is best, no other equipment is needed.
To join the Zoom meetings
You need a PC, Laptop, Ipad,… with a webcam, microphone and speaker to join the Zoom meetings.
