High energy, performance, calm and tranquility can be an experience of on-off, from a state of presence of fight and fear.

Going flat out, calm and recuperation can all turn into a source of fear, frustration and restlessness.

Fundamental well-being, recuperation, learning and performance get out of reach or take a lot of energy to somehow execute, below abilities and potentials.

Being turns into surviving and fighting, becoming a passenger of automatic reactions.

Combining my personal and professional experiences with education and training, my coaching and driving experiences are for you, if you want to get out of being stuck in defense states by re-calibrating your neurophysiology in a state of safety through reconnecting with your mind and body - your neurophysiology.

Regain fluid ability to shift up and down through all your gears. In high intensity and tranquility.

To observe, re-discover, explore and experiment, daring new ways of doing in a safe space to become aligned with yourself.

Through Coaching, with focus on reconnecting with your neurophysiology and somatic work, combined with experiences and experiments in a setting I call PlayLab.

The PlayLab is the safe space you can experience and observe reactions and dare to experiment new ways safely. The PlayLab takes within standard session the form of, among others, Life Kinetik® Fun elements, voice work, Impro theater, Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Training.

Optionally you can take, if you want, the coaching into different contexts of Driving Experiences I offer.

Calm and centered at your own wheel, rooted safely within yourself, in your own way and rhythm, with at the core to shift states optimally for learning/creativity, performing and recuperating/connecting.

My coaching is for you if you want to (re-)connect with yourself and get at your own wheel to develop the ability:

  • to recuperate and be at the wheel of your energy and develop true resilience
  • to reconnect with your learning and creativity states and abilities
  • to identify and respect your own rhythms, speeds and characteristics in sensorial intake and/or cognitive processing
  • to perform, with your highest performance equal to highest potential
  • to smoothly shift into calm, focus, play, high energy and recuperation without getting stuck in unadapted and unhelpful old reaction patterns
  • to connect and remain aligned with yourself
  • to be serenely at your own wheel, from calm to high-pressure contexts, with feeling for and understanding of your reactions, gently shifting states with respect to yourself in a context
  • to Be, in quiet all through to high intensity
  • to be safe within and with yourself

Coaching.

Individually Tailored Coaching Plans.

Individually tailored coaching plan of one to more sessions, adapted to entirely focus on your objective, starting point, context and timeplan.

I accompany you as necessary to reconnect with your own neurophysiology, access your potentials and find your own individual way to performance, presence, focus, deep calm, recuperation and well-being.

Coaching Programs.

The Coaching Programs are structured to give a focused approach within a specific context/topic to develop an understanding and (re-) connect with yourself to explore and develop your own updated ways and approaches.

Current Programms have the focus on:

  • getting back at the wheel of your energy after a burnout, in respect of yourself, your abilities, potentials, rhythms and characteristics.
  • exploring and connecting with high potential/high sensitivity characteristics. Experience and develop the ability to handle these from a neurophysiological approach, to access potentials, handle intensities and be at the wheel of your own speed in a centered and aligned way. 
  • develop the ability to pilot your individual characteristics, sensitivities, focus, energy,…within outside contextual intensities, including a one day driving experience on track at the end of the program to experience and integrate the developed personal approach and ways.

Workshops.

Being safe in the unknown; explore & play with neurophysiological states; experiment with perception; explore neurophysiological faculties and the effect of mind; the effect of awe;… .

In a group setting, explore in a safe and playful way that the limits of our minds and beliefs are not the limits of us.

Oxygen Advantage®.

The Oxygen Advantage® Method is a science-based system for performance, focus, and recovery. It reconnects breathing with the body's natural design—optimising oxygen use, calming the mind, and strengthening resilience.

Rooted in decades of research and designed for everyone, it transforms how the body breathes, moves, and performs—helping individuals achieve calm, control, and clarity through breath.

Discovering the power of conscious natural functional breathing many years ago was a game-changer in my connection with my neurophysiology, sleep and overall well-being. Giving me another way to remain at my own wheel and hence the ability to consciously handle my energy, automatic reactions from past experiences and hence to control shifts in neurophysiological states.

The Oxygen Advantage® Method contains the approach and perspectives I wanted to include and offer in my coaching. From nervous system regulation, health, sleep up to performance and recuperation - (re-)connecting mind, neurophysiology and body.

The functional breathing training is hence part of all my coaching plans and programms. I offer it also stand-alone training course.

Life Kinetik®.

Life Kinetik® is a training that combines perception tasks with cognitive challenges and unusual, fun movement to spur your brain cells to make new connections.

Life Kinetik has gained in popularity through its application in high-performance sports, most notably among others in professional sports like Alpine Skiing, Biathlon, Ice Hockey, Football, Golf,… .
