Workshops

Workshops will usually extend over 1-2 days and focus on the exploration of a specific topic, through experiential somatic work.

Workshops are part of the direct experience of reactions in a safe space. I combine the theoretical understanding with the immediate experience, i.e. to experiment and dare to do differently while observing what happens within you, on a physical and mental level.

The workshop is the playing field to restore inner room to try out and explore, while kindly observing yourself at the same time, i.e. to re-establish the inner connection and develop new trust and confidence within yourself as a whole, body and mind.

Therefore the workshops are also intended to test, develop, reinforce and hence integrate further your new ways and transformation, so you they become present in your everyday life, with know-how and less effort.

The workshops can be organised over a weekend, or integrated in a retreat-style experience with/and/or a driving experience.

You can find set dates for Workshops published on this website, as soon as they are planned.

What are the main topics?

…Piloting intensity: how to learn and to perform in an intense context with high sensorial activation, by shifting dynamically between activation and rest. Staying centred, aligned and focused. (combined with a Driving Experience)

…Getting back at the wheel after a burnout: how to handle energies and gently transform old, now unhelpful, coping strategies, without fear of the own energy. How to integrate new ways in everyday life.

…On into the Unknown: restoring the own playing field to approach the unknown and uncertain in a different way.

…Back to the Senses: re-connecting with the senses and perception, through embodiment and awareness.
