Driving experiences.
Experience…
To be calm and centered in your movement. Whatever the speed. Aligned in your movement with all your history, your potentials and abilities, your values and aspirations. Driving your own movement. Moving your story. Being your own pilot. Driving your own performance.

The Driving Experiences allow to meet yourself at the point where you are in this moment in time. The driving space, be it a track or a lake, is the safe blanc canvas on which you can rediscover yourself at the wheel.
The metaphorical wheel of yourself, and the real one of the car.
As Ari Vatanen said in an interview (1): «Driving is in a way the extension of your personality».
What the car does, is a consequence of how you drive yourself.
When shifting from everyday driving into piloting, the challenge to modulate your neurophysiology increases. With high outside intensity and high sensorial input, the need for total presence and clarity for fast and adapted reactions is paramount.
To be able to consciously shift into the optimal neurophysiological state at each moment becomes essential for optimal consistent performance.
To shift from activation into recuperation, ramping up, calming down, stabilizing, recuperating, connecting.
Ambition, fear, competitiveness,…also often emerge intensely allowing to identify coping mechanisms and to experiment and train ways to modulate and re-shape deep rooted automatic responses that are blocking your own movement and hence to move you own story aligned with yourself.
The Driving Experiences aim to rediscover, experience and train yourself at the wheel of your own neurophysiology ! To become your own pilot! In and out of the car.
To be on your own side, to respect and align with yourself and access your potentials.
Moving slowly towards your own optimal performance, hence your limit, and the cars limit. You decide how far, how much, how fast.
Until there is one movement. Aligned, calm, centred, focused, in control but not controlling, observing yet totally present on all levels. Intense yet relaxed. Performance equal to your highest potentials is just a logic result.
Moving with the car and yourself. Not against.
Experiencing what it means to let your horses run, serenely, in the Play Zone.
And, when out of the car, to shift back into connectedness and recuperation.

This experience allows to firmly train and anchor the sensations of the Play Zone and all techniques, ressources and skills enabling to consciously shift neurophysiological states - approached in preparative coaching sessions - that nourish and maintain this consciousness and abilities to align with yourself. Hence enabling the transfert of these skills to your individual life, to whatever context.

The Driving Experiences are optional to individual coaching sessions and programs.
A set sessions of individual and group coaching in preparation before and during the Driving Experiences is included.
A professional instructor accompanies you to learn the specific driving skills that shift the driving to piloting. In a safe environment, without judgement.
Wether you are a petrolhead, love driving, want to improve your piloting skills and your performance, can’t remember the brand of car you drive and are generally not into cars and driving is reduced to the time consuming daily commute but have always wanted yet never dared such an experience, or want to train and anchor learned techniques to access the Play Zone and consciously shift your neurophysiological states – you are welcome to experience your movement and to learn to become your own pilot in this special setting!
Be. Your Own Pilot.
