High energy, performance, calm and tranquility can be an experience of on-off, from a state of presence of fight and fear.
Going flat out, calm and recuperation can turn into a source of fear, frustration and restlessness.
Fundamental well-being, recuperation, learning and performance get out of reach or take a lot of energy to somehow execute, below abilities and potentials.
Being turns into surviving and fighting, becoming a passenger of automatic reactions.
Combining my personal and professional experiences with education and training, my coaching and driving experiences are for you, if you want to get out of being stuck in defense states by re-calibrating your neurophysiology in a state of safety through reconnecting with your mind and body - your neurophysiology.

Through Coaching, with focus on reconnecting with your neurophysiology and somatic work, combined with experiences and experiments in a setting I call PlayLab.
The PlayLab is the safe space you can experience and observe reactions and dare to experiment new ways safely. The PlayLab takes within standard session the form of, among others, Life Kinetik Fun elements, voice work, Impro theater. Outside, it is set in different contexts of Driving Experiences.

Life Kinetik®.
Life Kinetik® is a training that combines perception tasks with cognitive challenges and unusual, fun movement to spur your brain cells to make new connections.
Life Kinetik has gained in popularity through its application in high-performance sports, most notably among others in professional sports like Alpine Skiing, Biathlon, Ice Hockey, Football, Golf,… .
The effects of Life Kinetik in different areas, beyond professional sports, have been confirmed in several scientific studies:

Driving Experiences.
The Driving experiences are allow to:
- train and experiment with the neurophysiological set-ups derived in coaching, by gently increasing the challenge in a high-intensity setting
- get in contact in with your energy from a neurophysiological safe state
- explore and experiment with shifting your own gears to be in your individual ideal zone for learning and performing
- experiment to shift from high energy into recuperation, in your individual way
- learn or/and develop your piloting skills and techniques
