After a Burnout: Getting back at the wheel of your energy
After a burnout, we can find ourselves metaphorically in a car where the controls no longer work as they used to before.
Sometimes, being stuck in 1st gear and being unable to accelerate efficiently by shifting up gears.
Or we find ourselves blocked in 6th gear, unable to downshift, at risk of stalling when trying to slow down.
Or with brakes that no longer respond as before, sometimes elongating our braking distance, sometimes coming to an immediate stop depending on outside context!
We find ourselves alternating between ON and OFF, stuck in either immobility or at full throttle. We no longer feel in control and safe in our vehicle. Having become a passenger of ourselves.
Resulting in feelings of fear of calm and/or high energy, frustration and helplessness.
How can I become again the driver of my car and make it my partner, driving with and not against it to move forward?
How can I adapt my driving in respect to and with my vehicle and to external conditions (traffic, type of road, weather, etc.)?
How can I accelerate under control and allow myself real breaks to fully recover?
What are the optimal, diverse and sustainable fuels to choose and how can I prepare my vehicle and develop my driving skills to become my own pilot and perform in the moment ?
Having experienced a burnout myself, I was confronted with my own energy management system, as well as all the belief and value systems associated with it. I used all my experience to work it: to analyze, identify, and gradually eliminate old strategies and reactions that had become obsolete and transitioning to new ones, developed to regain my own well-being and performance. To get back at my own wheel. To become my own pilot again.
My experiences and learning, supplemented by training on performance, specifically in connection with personal energy management, combined with functional breathing training and fun cognitive and sensory training, allow me to create a safe space to accompany you if you wish to:

Coaching.
1 online session , individual (45 minutes): let’s meet, understand your current neurophysiological state and your objective, questions
6 online sessions, individual (75 minutes): understand how your autonomic nervous system works and its impact on your reactions and actions, to move to new approaches, new perspectives, new routines to stay connected and aligned with yourself and your energy at all times, while being able to manage the turns and challenges on your path in the most optimal and efficient way possible.
PlayLab’s in sessions to experience, re-connect and experiment with your neurophysiology, its spectrum of reactions and your individual defense/offense reaction patterns and linked energy expense/recuperation with respect to contexts.
